Nevada Highlight

Hot Springs Tourism

One unique and thriving activity in Nevada is hot springs tourism. With over 300 naturally occurring hot springs—more than any other U.S. state—Nevada has become a haven for wellness seekers and adventurers.

Today in Nevada History

On this day May 4th in 1988, the PEPCON plant in Henderson exploded, sending shockwaves across the Las Vegas Valley. The disaster killed two, injured hundreds, and reshaped industrial safety in Nevada. May 4 also marks the finale of the Home + History Las Vegas festival, celebrating Southern Nevada’s rich architectural legacy.
