Spring Valley is a large unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Clark County, Nevada, located directly west of the Las Vegas Strip. As of the 2020 Census, the population of Spring Valley was approximately 215,000, making it one of the largest unincorporated communities in the state.[1]

Spring Valley developed rapidly during the Las Vegas suburban boom of the late 20th century. Today, it is a diverse residential area that includes parts of Chinatown, the Las Vegas Beltway corridor, and access to major entertainment and retail hubs. Although not incorporated as a city, it functions much like one in size and services, operating under Clark County jurisdiction.
